$80 cable activation fee applies to all cable Internet plans. All customers are required to either rent or purchase a Q Wave modem for an additional cost with $15 fee for shipping. Rate changes are subject to a $15 fee

Mondays from 9 am to 5 pm
Tuesdays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm
